三 | 我省体育彩票自1996年正式发行销售以来，已累计筹集公益金超过50亿元，广泛用于群众体育、竞技体育、青少年体育以及社会保障、教育助学、乡村振兴等社会公益事业。2025年全省体育彩票销售23.70亿元，筹集公益金5.92亿元。省旅文厅财务处负责人在会议中汇报了我省体彩公益金使用情况。

四 | 2025年省本级公益金投向三大领域：一是群众体育，打造“琼超”“村VA”“村BA”等群众体育赛事品牌，举办全民赛事活动300余场。二是竞技体育，引进高水平体育赛事51项，我省运动员在国内外重大赛事获165枚奖牌。三是青少年体育，开展“体育振兴乡村”活动，惠及青少年学生约2万余人。会议认为，“体彩+旅游”融合发展对旅游场所和企业具有多重利好。

五 | 会议号召各企业要站在支持全省公益事业发展、助力国际旅游消费中心建设、服务自贸港建设的高度，积极参与体彩展示体验中心建设。会议对下一阶段工作作出部署，明确了体彩展示体验中心在选址、审批、培训、开业各环节的推进节奏，要求各相关企业加快工作进度。省体育彩票管理中心将全程提供业务指导、人员培训及政策保障。同时，会议要求各市县旅文局加强服务对接，确保各项工作按时有序推进。陈铁军厅长在总结讲话中指出，推进“体彩+旅游”融合发展是落实省委、省政府关于海南旅游业高质量发展决策部署的具体行动，也是服务海南国际旅游消费中心建设的重要举措。

六 | 省旅文厅将与各企业携手，共同推动体彩展示体验中心建设落地见效，实现企业收益与公益事业的双赢。
